Welcome to Smeaton Dogwood. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and our secure woodland dog-walking facility. By booking a session or using this website you accept these terms in full.

1. Bookings & Payment

All bookings are made through this website and are subject to availability. Your slot is confirmed only once payment has been received in full. Prices are shown at the time of booking and may change from time to time.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please give us as much notice as possible. Refunds and rescheduling are handled in line with our cancellation policy, which is applied at our reasonable discretion.

3. Use of the Facility

The Dogwood is a securely enclosed private space, booked for the exclusive use of you and your dog(s) during your session. Please arrive and leave promptly so the next visitor can enjoy their booking. You are responsible for closing all gates behind you.

4. Your Dog & Your Responsibilities

You remain responsible for your dog at all times. You must clean up after your dog and use the bins provided. You use the facility at your own risk, and you are liable for any damage caused by you or your dog(s) to the fencing, gates or surrounding property.

5. Health & Safety

Please ensure your dog is fit and well before visiting. Do not bring dogs that are unwell or that may pose a risk to the highland cattle and wildlife on the neighbouring estate land.

6. Website & Account

When you create an account you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details secure. We handle your personal data in accordance with our privacy practices and applicable data protection law.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking is the version that applies.
